TERMS OF SERVICE & REFUND POLICY

1. SERVICES PROVIDED We provide online educational services, including but not limited to pre-recorded video lessons, tutorials, and digital materials related to 3D visualization (hereinafter referred to as the "Course"). All services and materials are provided on an "as-is" digital basis.

2. EDUCATIONAL NATURE OF SERVICES Our services are strictly educational. We do not provide:

Software licenses (clients are responsible for obtaining their own software, such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, etc.)

Hardware or technical equipment required to complete the Course

Financial, legal, or guaranteed employment advice

3. NO GUARANTEES OF INCOME OR RESULTS We do not guarantee:

Specific financial outcomes, freelance success, or employment after completing the Course

Client acquisition or revenue increases Any examples of student work or income shared in our marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, practice, and portfolio.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (COPYRIGHT) All materials provided within the Course, including videos, models, textures, PDFs, methodologies, and text, are the exclusive intellectual property of Michail Zerbul. By purchasing the Course, the client is granted a single, non-transferable, personal license to view the materials. Clients strictly may not:

Copy, record, distribute, or sell any Course materials

Share their account login credentials with third parties

Participate in group purchases ("skladchina") Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and potential legal action.

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING

All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase on our website.

Payments are securely processed via the WayForPay third-party payment gateway.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.

6. COMMUNICATIONS & CONSENT By registering for the Course, the client consents to receive:

Service-related communications (access links, updates, homework feedback)

Educational and marketing emails Consent for marketing emails may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. REFUND POLICY (CONDITIONAL GUARANTEE) We stand behind the quality of our Course. As stated in our promotional materials, if you watch the introductory lesson and feel the Course is not right for you, we will issue a refund under specific conditions.

To qualify for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Time Limit: The refund request must be submitted via email within 3 days of the original purchase date.

Consumption Limit: You must not have viewed, completed, or skipped through more than 1 lesson of the Course. Our learning management system automatically logs user activity, video watch time, and progress.

Downloads: You must not have downloaded the core supplementary digital assets (3D models, textures, PDFs, etc.) provided in the Course.

Strict Enforcement: If our system records indicate that you have progressed beyond the first lesson, or downloaded the digital assets, you will be considered to have fully consumed and accepted the digital product. In this case, your refund request will be automatically denied.

No refunds will be issued for:

Requests made after the 3-day period.

"Change of mind" if the consumption limit has been exceeded.

Inability to run required 3D software on the client's personal computer.

Accounts banned for violating our Intellectual Property and anti-piracy rules (Section 4).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michail Zerbul shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use of the Course. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the Course.

9. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Course access immediately if:

These Terms (especially Intellectual Property rules) are violated

Client behavior towards instructors or other students is abusive or inappropriate

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page.
